木门分类

Classification of wooden door 

（1)    按开启方式分类。

(1) according to the open means classification. 

木门按照开启方式可以分为平开门（又叫移门）（P）、推拉门（T）、折叠门（Z）和弹簧门（H）四种。其中，固定部分与平开门或推拉门组合时，为平开门或推拉门。

According to the open means can be divided into flat wooden door open (also called move the door) (P), the sliding door (T), folding door (Z) and swing door (H) four. Among them, the fixed part combined with swing doors or sliding door, open the door for flat or sliding door. 

（2)按内部构造分类。

(2) according to the internal structural classification. 

根据木门结构不同，木门可以分为全实木门、实木复合门、夹板模压空心门。

According to different structure of wooden door, wooden door can be divided into the door of completely real wood, solid wood composite door, the door splint hollow moulded. 

a)全实木门(solid door)：

A) door of completely real wood (solid) feel: 

外在材质和内在材质完全统一的木门。泛指所有具有此特点的各种类型的木门，包括实木制作的半截玻璃门和玻璃门等。木材的干燥是实木门制作的关键工序。

The outer material and the inner material completely unified wooden door. Refers to all have the characteristics of the various types of wooden doors, including solid wood door sash of production and glass door. Wood drying is the key to real wood door production process. 

b)实木复合门(laminate door)

B) solid wood composite door (laminate) feel 

指采用木材、人造板、微薄木单板等多种材料制作的各种实心门，泛指所有具有此材质特点的木门。在森林资源日益匮乏，珍贵树种供需矛盾日益突出的情况下产生的，是对木材进行综合利用的一种有效手段。贴面工艺的采用是复合门最突出的特点。

Refers to using a variety of material such as lumber, plywood, thin wood veneer production of a variety of solid door, referring to all have the characteristics of the material of the wood. In forest resources increasingly scarce, precious tree species under the condition of the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand, is an effective means of comprehensive utilization of wood. Adopting overlaying process is the most prominent feature of composite door. 

c)模压门(mold door)

C) molded door (mold) feel 

以胶合材、木材为骨架材料，面层为人造板或PVC板等压制胶合或模压成型的中空（无支撑面积在10cm×10cm以上）门称为夹板模压空心门。

With glue materials, wood based materials, surface of man-made board or PVC plate pressing glue or molding hollow (no support area in more than 10 cm by 10 cm) called a splint hollow moulded door door. 

（3)按外部观感分类。

(3) according to the classification of external impressions. 

按照外观，我们一般把木门分为平板门（Plane door），造型门（panel door）等。

According to the appearance, we generally divides into the wooden door flat door (Plane) feel, modelling door panel (feel), etc. 

（4)按表面涂层分类。

(4) according to the classification of the surface coating. 

a) 油漆门：即表面使用油漆工艺喷涂的门。

A) the paint door: use paint craft spray the surface of the door. 

b)  免漆门：不用上油漆的门。表面材质一般为PVC、波音软片（仿木制感很强的帖模）、三聚氰胺（三聚氰胺装饰纸）。

B) wenqi door: no paint on the door. Surface material for PVC, Boeing film commonly (imitation wood feeling strong post mode), melamine (melamine decorative paper). 

c)  烤漆门：烤漆实际是一种表面工艺，基才为密度板。烤漆门又分为钢琴烤漆和金属烤漆。

C) of the lacquer that bake door: the lacquer that bake is actually a kind of surface process, the base of density board. The door of the lacquer that bake is divided into the piano paint and metal paint.
