实木门制造流程

The manufacturing process of solid wood door

（1）门套板加工流程：备料→开料（预留裁剪尺寸每边10mm，双立铣）→贴皮（手工贴科技木，乳白胶）→封边（包覆机，热融胶）→开槽（立铣机）→组装上、下马头与挡条→油漆工序。

①边枢料：开料（裁板锯）→冷压（冷压机，7.6MPa，压8～12h，乳白胶）→养生（24h，地面要完全平整，使胶水完全固化）→精裁（推台锯）→封边（热融胶）→砂光（砂光机，表面磨平）→平面贴皮（白胶）→开槽（立铣机）→木工检验→待组装→油漆工序。

（4）油漆工序：底德宝→批灰→灰磨→一次底漆→打磨→二次底漆→细磨→修色→面漆。
